Description

Use Lactulose Solution as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.

* Lactulose Solution may be used orally or rectally.
* If taking Lactulose Solution by mouth, you may take it with or without food.
* If taking Lactulose Solution by mouth, you may mix Lactulose Solution with fruit juice, water, or milk. Drink one or more 8-ounce glasses of liquid with each dose.
* If you miss a dose of Lactulose Solution and you are taking it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use Lactulose Solution.

It seems to be working well and has made Tag a happier cat. He is on two doses a day and that seems to do the trick at the present. The price is also far more economical here.

My dog was really dehydrated and he was not eating at all. Among with the fluids my vet also use Enulose Lactulose Solution rectally. It is a good product for that purpose.
