ICHON is a sterile lavage use to prevent adhesions after gynecological surgeries Dog, Cat, and Horse. Each sterile bottle of ICHON contains 5ml and 500mg of Polysulfated Glycosaminoglycan (100mg/mL).

What is ICHON:

ICHON is a sterile lavage extracted from the Bobine trachea and each sterile bottle of ICHON contains 5ml and 500mg of Polysulfated Glycosaminoglycan (100mg/mL).

What I need to know about ICHON:

In case ICHON is used after surgery, irrigate with ICHON as the final lavage prior to close the incision. Always discard any unused portion of ICHON vial contents. Do not use on food purpose animals.

What I need to tell and ask my veterinarian about ICHON:

If your veterinarian indicate ICHON for any of your animal, comment if this animal may be used for food purpose.

Indications for this drug:

Follow strictly the indications as your veterinarian indicates you. ICHON is indicated as intraperitoneal prophylactic agent for prevention of adhesions, in gynecological procedures and as strengthen post surgical scar. Apply ICHON liberally to wound as needed and discard the unused solution.

What I should do if 1 dose is skipped:

Continue with the following dose, do not give two doses at once.

What I should do if my pet suffer an overdose:

Call or Visit your nearest veterinary emergency center immediately.

During the trealtment:

Call your veterinarian about any other medication you may want to give to your horse, dog or cat. Store ICHON at room temperature, between 59°-86° F (15°-30° C).

Side Effects of ICHON:

There is not known side effects for ICHON. If during the treatment you have additional questions or concerns about your pet and ICHON please contact your veterinarian or pharmacist and they will assist you with the accurate answer.
