Catosal (10% butaphosphan, cyanocobalamin) is a source of Vitamin B12 and phosphorus for prevention or treatment of deficiencies of these nutrients in cattle, swine, horses and poultry. Improves metabolism in animals with a negative energy balance or those experiencing stress. It has been demonstrated to aid in the recovery from ketosis associated with displaced abomasums in dairy cows, increase litter sizes in farrowing sows, and reduce cortisol levels in stressed animals. Administered intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously, depending on the animal. Zero-day withdrawal period for meat, milk, and eggs.
